Questions about the work

A clearer look at what this work is, who it is for, and how private coaching, the Respond Program and corporate workshops can support you.

If you are feeling the impact of pressure in how you think, feel and respond, these are some of the questions people often ask before taking the next step.

What is emotional regulation coaching?

Emotional regulation coaching helps you understand and manage how you respond under pressure so reactions do not keep repeating in the same way.

It supports you to notice what is happening in the moment, reduce overwhelm and respond in a way that feels steadier and more considered.

What does respond not react mean?

It means creating enough space between what happens and how you respond so you can act in a way that feels aligned rather than automatic.

Instead of reacting in the moment, you are able to pause, think more clearly and choose how you want to show up.

Why do I feel more reactive than I used to?

Often, it is not that something is wrong. It is that you have been carrying a lot for a long time.

When pressure builds without enough space to process it, it can start to show up in your tone, patience, decision making and relationships.

How do I stop overthinking everything?

Overthinking is often a response to pressure, responsibility or trying to get things right. It can become a constant internal loop that is hard to switch off.

This work helps you step out of that mental cycle so you can think more clearly, trust your decisions and feel less consumed by everything on your mind.

What does this work actually help with?

This work supports you to feel calmer, think more clearly and respond with more intention, especially in moments that would usually feel overwhelming or reactive.

It can improve communication, emotional steadiness, self trust and the way pressure shows up at home, at work and in leadership.

Who is this work for?

This is for women who are used to holding everything together, including work, home and responsibilities, but are starting to feel the impact of that in how they respond.

You are likely capable and high functioning, but it is getting harder to stay calm, clear and steady under pressure.

Is this therapy?

No. This work supports reflection, behavioural change and emotional awareness, but it does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis.

If you are looking for clinical mental health treatment, therapy or medical support may be the more appropriate path.

Do you offer private coaching online?

Yes. Private coaching is available online across Australia.

Where relevant, there may also be in person options depending on location and offering.

Is the Respond Program live?

Yes. The Respond Program is a live six session group experience rather than a self paced course.

It is designed to give you guided support, practical tools and space to reflect in real time.

Do you offer both in person and virtual Respond Program intakes?

Yes. The Respond Program includes both virtual and in person intakes depending on the offering.

This allows you to choose the format that best suits your schedule, location and the kind of support you are looking for.

What approaches do you use?

The work integrates coaching, clinical hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming to support deeper awareness, behavioural change and more sustainable shifts over time.

Do you offer corporate workshops for teams and leaders?

Yes. Corporate workshops are designed for organisations, leaders and teams wanting support around emotional regulation, steadier leadership under pressure and more sustainable performance.

They can be delivered online or in person where applicable.

Still not sure where to start?

You can begin with a clarity call or take the Respond or React Audit if you want a softer first step.
